Fleet

The Club fleet consists of the Robin tug, Acro II and Puchacz two-seaters, and the Astir single seater.

Robin DR-400

Launching at the Club was by winch-only during its first 30 years, but aerotowing became popular during the 1990s largely thanks to Barry Meeks and his visiting Rallye tug.  The Club has owned the Robin since year 2000.  It was imported from Austria, and purchased with a loan scheme from members which was repaid a few years later.
